Great binding machine, easy to set up and use! Keeps our documents organized and helps us look professional. Only negative thing I can say which is more on accessories is the boxes for the coils does take up a fair amount of space... just like every other binding machine. I would buy this again and recommend it to others!
Great product, exactly what i was looking to have

Easy to store and use! As a single office professional it was time consuming to keep going to Staples or other printing stores on a frequent basis to meet my presentation needs and desire to provide professional materials.
Great Tru Bind Machine.

We wanted to print and bind our own presentation books because it costs too much money when we are going to the printer for less than 10 copies at the time! We prefer plastic coil bindings than comb bindings for the look of our presentation books. I did some research in order to find the best machine at a good price, and easy to use for our little business. TruBind TB-S20A Coil binding machine with electric coil inserter seemed to be the one for us. Easy to install, easy to set up, happy to get the coil cutting and crimping tool as well! After a first use we were satisfied about time we have saved with this machine.
I LOVE IT
I just received my binding machine and love it so far. I was surprised that it came with the coil crimpers. It seems pretty sturdy and well made. Before actually binding, remember to get rid of the oil by punching some holes on scratch paper. I'll update if anything goes haywire with my machine. So far so good!

Used for binding books of around 100 pages. Bound over 3000 pages in a 3 day period. The last cut was as sharp and clean as the first cut. After a few coiling mis-trys, coiler worked great. I would not purchase a machine without a coiler. I did not find a need for the foot control because of the precise way the plastic coil needs to engage the rolling coiler I felt a foot peddle would be difficult to coordinate. It took a few minutes to figure out the cutting & crimping tool. I am still not sure if I have been using it correctly. However I was very thankful to have this handy tool to crimp and tuck the coil ends after binding the book. The tool itself is heavy duty, some of my husband's tools are not as well made as this tool is. The red grip on the handles are very comfortable. The tool is even marked with a red dot on the crimping side of the tool so you avoid the mistake of cutting instead of crimping. I have been so happy with this machine I can't wait to bind up more books!
Excellent machine for the small business

Great coil binding machine!

I have used this coil binding machine for thirty or forty booklets (60 pages plus covers) now. The machine seems very solid. I read that it would punch the holes in 20 pages at a time. It might, but I find it is a lot easier to do 10 at a time. I am not the most adept at inserting the coils, but it is generally going well. I did have the wire get caught in the roller a couple of times. I am trying not to have the end of the coil in contact with the roller now. I find that the crimper works great if you give it a twist as you cut. There is a U-Tube video that illustrates that. All in all, I am very pleased. I feel confident this machine will last for years.

This Binder is terrific, perfect for putting together handbooks, training manuals, updates to policies, the uses are endless. The bar handle makes this machine ergonomically friendly and the manual hole punching is smooth with this style of handle. Another little wonder this binder has is the electric coil inserter, which makes it a breeze to insert the coils and when I say breeze I am not kidding, just remember to start the first few holes and then let the electric inserter complete the process. It's that simple, this binder has many extra settings when you need to be precise. The customer service is great, had a problem with first binder, was replaced with no hassle, no problem.
Love this little machine!

Love this machine for small and larger (40+) jobs. The machine is easy to use and compact enough to keep right on my desktop next to my printers. I have completed over 100 books (50-150 pages each) and love it. The customer service received from Lamination Depot was great. They helped me pick out the right machine for what I was doing and it was a perfect fit! This is definitely a great machine for home and small business use for the quality and price. The only con I can even offer on this machine is the size of the tray...you have to empty more often than I would have liked, but for all of the features/benefits of this machine, I don't really consider that a con :)
Well designed product @ affordable price

This machine is very simple to use. It does require a small amount of strength to operate the manual hole punching lever. The hole punching guide on the front of the machine is very helpful, and the electric coil insert-er works very easily. The trick is to hold the paper close to the coil being inserted so that none of the holes are missed when inserting electronically.
Great for a small business

I have used this machine to bind about 50 books so far. It is easy to use. I like that the bar goes the whole way across because I am left-handed and a lot of things are right-handed. Even though the motion is not difficult, if you did a ton of volume, it might get tiring. For our small company (1-10 people) it works very well. IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE CRIMPING TOOL. So you need to buy this separately even though it is a mandatory piece. That was annoying bc we didn't realize it wasn't included (thinking it was a mandatory piece) and we had to use pliers/cutters the first few books.

I have only been using the machine a few days but it is very easy to use and is quite efficient for my small jobs. It appears to be very durable.
Does what it says

This Binder performs as promised. It is manual so its not a high production machine. But for the money it is well worth the investment for a small operation
Nice but not many instructions
by piano teacher -
No coil crimpers included (other reviews said there were). Much better deal here than at Amazon. I was surprised at the lack of instructions -- nothing that sufficiently explained how to make a coil-bound booklet or under what circumstances you might use various adjustments to the machine. I had to use trial and error and youtube to find out the answers to these questions. Otherwise, it was a pretty handy machine!

like to be able to disengage each punch. looks to be sturdy hope so. the roller on the top is a little harder to use than down below like the akiles.
