Repair or Return Machine for Replacement

Lamination Depot is a non-servicing equipment dealer. We act as a liaison between the customer and the machine manufacturer to help coordinate repairs and replacements covered by manufacturer warranties.


Warranty Claim Procedure

Obtain a Return Authorization so the manufacturer is prepared to receive and evaluate your machine. Contact Customer Service


Original Machine Box & Packaging

Original boxes for all machines should be retained for the warranty period. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any damage incurred to the machine while in transit.

Have the Original Box?

Send the machine back in its original box and inner packaging to prevent further damage while in transit.

No Original Box?

Have machine professionally packaged (by The UPS Store, etc.) to prevent damage to the machine while in transit.

Note: some warranties are void without the original box and inner packaging.


Machine Evaluation: Repair or Replace

Machines that arrive to the manufacturer intact will be evaulated for either repair or replacement.

Machine Arrives Intact...

The machine is repaired or replaced, then sent back to the customer free of charge.

Machine Arrives Damaged...

Machines that arrived damaged cannot be repaired or replaced.

In the event an eligible machine cannot be repaired, a replacement will be sent.
