Helpful Hint When Using Heat Activated Mounting Boards:
All foam boards can bow or warp when run through a heated laminator. The amount of bowing depends on the heat and pressure used during processing. Generally, lower pressure and temperature will result in less bowing of your boards.
Tip for Ordering Corrugated Boards with Step Stakes:
If you are using Step Stakes, knowing the size of the finished print is important. The prongs from the metal H stand are inserted vertically into the flute openings in the board. Board sizes are the same as paper where the width is listed first and the height second. (Example: Letter size paper is 8-1/2 in. x 11 in. in 'Portrait' form while 'Landscape' prints are 11 in. x 8-1/2 in.)
Plastic flutes run vertically. The first dimension is the width of the board.
