Used 5 mil laminate on various items & temperatures. Very poor resutls!
Great General-Purpose Laminator
by LDI Staff -
With its easy operation and low price point, the TL-320B is one of our most popular pouch laminators. It has silicone rollers, which means that it provides carrier-less lamination on pouches up to 10 mil thick. Unlike other pouch laminating machines in its class, it has a durable metal housing and digital temperature control - making it both strong and user-friendly. It has a 12" throat that enables it to accommodate letter-sized documents as well as groups of smaller items (such as business cards and luggage tags). While it doesn't offer independent heat and motor switches or other professional-level features, the TL-320B will fill the needs of most home or small office users who need to laminate a few items each day.
I love it!

I laminated double pages, so I ran them through two times to get a great seal.
Good laminator for the price!

I use this to laminate color plain paper copies that use gloss 7 mil pouches. They come out nice & blemish free. Recommended temperatures for mil thickness are printed right on the front of the unit. Led adjustment by degree with up/down arrows can fine tune job. Compact size & good price.
It Broke & We Had to Pay to Ship it Back

I think my headline says it all.

Your customer sales rep was extremely helpful- totally knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She's definitely an asset for the company.

The variable temp took a little getting used to, but after we learned the right temp for the projects we were very happy.
Would not purchase

This machine is not for passes printed on card stock at the highest setting had to run through up to 3x I would send back but someone through away packaging. Bad purchase by me, I have been laminating for over 25 years and this is one of the worst I have had.
Better than expected

This product arrived quicker than expected, heated up much faster than I thought it would, and laminated our 10mil pouches within seconds. The speed, simplicity and quality were a great surprise for a first-time user!

Easy to use and great customer service

Easy to use. Plug it in, turn it on, wait 3-5 minutes and you are good to go. Haven't owned it long enough to give it 5 stars, but after a few weeks of regular use it seems to be well made.
Best pouch Laminator and very well Priced!!

Used daily. By far the best Laminator I have used/purchased. I would but it again in a heart beat!! Works better than the $400 one that burnt out a couple months ago!!

Our previous office laminator didn't seem to have enough heat to adequately seal the pouch edges. This unit has faster feed speed, plenty of heat, and is much easier to feed sheets into. A significant upgrade.
I have just received and tested my TruLam 12” Pouch Laminator TL-320B and TruLam 7 mil laminating pouches 9” x 11.5” LP07LTR. I called Lamination Depot and talked to a customer support person about my application, and she suggested 7 mil pouches. My test paper was simple 20lb. copy paper printed using a standard HP Ink-Jet printer. Following the suggested procedure and settings for the laminator, the result was exactly what I wanted. It was very clear, stiff but still flexible, like a restaurant menu. A typical office marker will work on the surface of the pouch, but will wipe off with your thumb or tissue. I also tested the Sharpie Permanent Marker, Milwaukee Inkzall, Nissen Nylon Tip Paint Marker, and the Nissen Feltip Paint Marker. All of these markers worked fine and didn’t rub off; but were easily removed using Isopropyl alcohol. I also tested Dykem remover and Mineral Spirits; and they did not damage the surface of the plastic pouch.
