After searching for days for the perfect book binding screw for a design project I was thrilled to find them on your site. It was a tight deadline on my project and I ordered black screws and had them sent directly to my printer so his staff could bind the booklets when completed. Sadly, we were not sent the black and instead received silver. Due to our tight deadlines we had no time to call and have the correct ones sent so had to use the silver. My design project was compromised as the black would have been outstanding and would have gone with the booklet for which it was designed.
